Description
We are an academic household, ideally looking for an academic/mature student who enjoys the quiet neighbourhood close to parks, woods & lakes while still being close to public transport, shops and the universities. While the living room is a bit on the dark side it is rather spacy with shelves, a wardrobe, sofa bed, dining table and a large open kitchen. The bedroom is bright (could also be used as a study) and both rooms as well as the bath look into the garden. The entrance is independent through the garden. Parking on the street is easy and our bike shed can be used. Very nice neighbourhood with neighbours still greeting each other, with a nice cafe around the corner. 13min walk to public transport (S Nikolassee with S1 & S7 very well connected to West, East and Central Berlin areas).
