Lovely home next to Canberra’s universities, city and nature reserve

Our house is at the back of a large quiet block in Canberra’s leafy inner north, built in the early 2000s. It’s a central location convenient to universities and the city (Australian National University is a 5 minute drive or bus ride / 10 minute cycle / 40 minute walk, City is a 10 minute drive or bus ride / 15 minute cycle / 50 minute walk). Close to shops and to a beautiful nature reserve for walking, cycling or birdwatching. Two living areas plus outside deck and modest garden, huge master bedroom with ensuite, 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom (with spa bath), office with some gym equipment (including a modern, sturdy treadmill), bright modern kitchen, ducted heating and cooling. We can also provide access to our family retreat at the New South Wales south coast (2 hours drive), located at a quiet village by the sea, near one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia (in our opinion!). We're looking to arrange a house-swap for a six month stay in the UK, flexible on location.
