This is a family neighborhood with excellent neighbors, very quiet. prefer a faculty who needs temporary accommodation till they find a permanent home. Comments: This is a big house with a finished basement. Two refrigerators (one in first floor and one in basement). I will use 1-2 rooms for storage, the rest of the 2500 sq. ft space is usable. Ideal for faculty who are new and looking for a temporary place.

Minimal maintenance - just take care of basic yard. I have a mower who comes to mow once in 2 weeks.
Comments: Back yard is fenced, no need for maintenance. Just take care of basic things. Has a solar panel in the backyard. Nice deck with a deck table and set of chairs. Can fit 2-3 cars. Renter can take the 2-car garage (I will park in the small garage)
