Our lovely family apartment is in a fantastic location in Kensington, in a beautiful tree-lined street and backing onto the 'Stockman's Route' path down to the Maribyrnong River, walking distance to cafes, shopping strips, supermarkets, cycle paths, and multiple train stations and trams for transport. The apartment is securely accessed via a front door and atrium. The ground-floor apartment consists of two standard bedrooms and a third small bedroom. The large bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and there are three single beds available across the other two rooms. We recommend a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children in the house. There are plenty of games, toys, books and activities to keep your young people entertained! There are bikes and scooters available for you to use, if you wish. There is built-in wardrobe space for you to utilise, if needed. The loungeroom is open-plan with the kitchen, and includes a dining area, kitchen, lounge area and desk. This open-plan area looks out onto a versatile terrace that has just been renovated, and is a delightful space to enjoy the sunshine. A washing line is available outside on the terrace. The house is clean and comfortable. There is an split cycle system in the open-plan area for cooling in the hotter months and heating in the cooler months. There are also small heaters available in each of the bedrooms. TV with Chromecast in the main living room. High speed, unlimited wifi. A new washing machine is located in the bathroom. The CBD and University of Melbourne can be reached by bike in 15-20 minutes. Kensington is a fantastic suburb and we are close to the action while being tucked away in a quiet street. We are also really close to numerous terrific childrens' parks, bike trails, Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, We have easy access to two train lines, 2 tram lines, and buses which will get you just about anywhere. Please note: our apartment has housed a growing family and therefore, it isn't absolutely perfect but we do look after it - and we hope to welcome you to do the same!

There is a friendly neighbourhood cat that likes to visit. We often leave out some fresh water/some food. We are still unsure where she actually lives, but she will pop past occasionally.
Collect our incoming mail.
Some plants on balcony would appreciate a weekly water!
