The unit features a comfortable queen-sized bedroom with two large eaves closets, an all-white and fresh petite bathroom, and a living area furnished with an antique settee set and a smart TV with Chromecast. Enjoy the sunny dry kitchenette with a treetop view, equipped with an under-cabinet refrigerator and freezer, microwave, K-Cup coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. This space is ideal for quick bites reheated in the microwave, or coffee offering views of the neighborhood's sunny mornings or twilight ambiance. There is no sink. For your convenience, there's a back office room perfect for Zoom calls or accommodating an occasional overnight guest. The suite is adorned with the owner's collection of art, reflecting Boston's history and international travels. While this third-floor space is not a separate apartment, it is well-separated from the owner's unit on the second floor. The owner primarily accesses their unit via the remaining servant staircase at the back of the home. The common foyer is shared with the owner's first-floor tenants and their lovely dog, as well as the owner for picking up daily mail.
