I am a professor at the University of Toronto. Seeking responsible and clean renter(s) to look after my apartment with many books, dvds, and music during my sabbatical year away from Toronto. I enjoy cooking, so the kitchen is well equipped with utensils and spices. I enjoy the proximity of movie theatres, concert halls, restaurants, cafes, parks, ease of shopping. I especially enjoy the stunning sunrises and the view of Rosedale in the summer and autumn. And I appreciate courteous neighbours and the helpful staff in a well managed, clean and secure building with excellent amenities.
