Live rent-free in Tucson this summer for pet sitting

Looking for reliable, conscientious person or family who will take care of my home and pets while I am away for the birth of my first grandchild. Connection with the university is preferable but not required. The house is not child-proof, but children and even a compatible pet are negotiable. Live in a great older house in a quiet neighborhood rent free in exchange for a commitment to being company for easy-care pets. Tucson is a bicycle city with bike routes to the University of Arizona campus about 7 miles away. Tucson is also a UN City of Gastronomy, so lots of good places to eat. Be prepared--Tucson is hot in the summer; stay hydrated and don't count on hiking in the middle of the day. Nearby mountains offer respite from the heat. The house's patio faces west, so great for breakfast al fresco but too hot for afternoon use. The large kitchen is the center of the house and an all-purpose living space. There is a security system that may be used if desired, but the neighborhood is very safe. I will need 2 references.
