Come stay in our quiet row-house on a tree-lined street. Walk to the University of Pennsylvania (1+ mile) or take the trolley or Penn bus. It is a family-friendly walk-able neighborhood. Walk to the Clark Park Farmer's market on Saturday morning or Spruce Hill Provisions and Mariposa Co-op for groceries. Get coffee at Reanimator or the Milk Crate. Have a night out a Local 44. Our house has 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are set up with desks/office amenities (including 1 sit-stand desk). Enjoy morning sunshine in the sun-room surrounded by lush plants and enjoy cooking in our well-equipped kitchen. The house has 1 full bath and 2 half-baths. Our house does have one quirk: Only the bathtub can be used, not the shower (we've gotten used to it and love the bath routine).
