Modern 2br 2.5bath townhome with ocean view, near transit

I'll be on sabbatical July'24 to March'25 and looking for someone to rent my 2br townhome. The townhome is located in a beautiful old neighborhood of Mission Hills: it's residential, full of craftsman houses and nice gardens, very walkable, walking distance to some restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the lively neighborhood of Hillcrest. The house is 12 min walk to a trolley stop, from where the trolley will take you to the UCSD main campus (I take the trolley to work every day). Our unit is the middle one in a row of three townhomes (separate entrance, but we have neighbors on both sides). It's on a hill and has a view of the ocean, Point Loma, and downtown. The house has three stories, with open-concept living room/kitchen + half-bath on the top floor, 2 bedrooms + 2 baths on the middle floor, and a laundry room and 2-car garage on the bottom. Our second bedroom is used as an office, but has a sleeper sofa. Half of the garage has been converted into a small gym. Finally, we have a rooftop-terrace with some outdoor furniture and a grill! No A/C, but we have large windows you can open to get the ocean breeze, so it's usually not an issue.
