We are heading to Europe for 3 months with our two children and are looking to rent out our recently renovated, beautiful home in the heart of Northcote. The house is within walking distance of a train station, trams and buses. It is also a very short walk to High St which has amazing restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Our house consists of three bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and desk, one with a queen size bed and desk, and one with single bunk beds. There is a bathroom/laundry with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer, and then a separate additional toilet. There is an open plan modern kitchen with induction cooking, dishwasher and a dining table which fits 8 people & a living area with a sofa bed and slow combustion fire place, which opens out into a small garden and courtyard. The beautiful landscaped garden will be managed by a gardener (included in the price).
