Description

Our home is located in Moorooka, a very welcoming, green and friendly neighbourhood. It is an old cottage home (wooden house) with a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dinning area together, laundry, back deck and wrapped around veranda. It has a back yard and a front garden as well. The study/ office has a sofa cama and a small desk. One bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom has a queen size bed frame (you will have to buy the mattress), walk in wardrobe and en-suit bathroom. One bedroom is locked with our stuff. Both bathrooms have bathtubs in them. All rooms have ceiling fans. There are 2 reversed cycle air conditioners (1 in the living room - close to main bedroom and 1 in the kitchen- close to the study) The house has solar panels. If you are a responsible electricity consumer, you won't have to pay electricity. We will receive the bills and let you know if you have to pay. The electricity will continue to be under our name( the current tenants haven't have to pay electricty). There is a gas stove and an electric oven. In the backyard there is a shed where you can store some things. The area has good speed internet connection but this is not included with the rent. On the deck there is a barbecue (small weber) The outdoor furniture is not really outdoors but it has good covers to protect them from the rain and to keep them in good shape. There is a carport for one car.
