During our sabbatical year in Montreal, we rent our condo located on the 6th floor (with elevator), in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, with all commodities nearby. The flat consists in: - a large living/dining room with lots of light. - an open and fully-equipped kitchen (with a separate storage room for food & washing machine). The bar can sit 3 people and the dining table up to 10. - 2 bedrooms + 1 office/bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 double convertible sofa in the office (plus an additional double convertible sofa in the living room). - 2 bathrooms (bathtub in the main one and shower in the en-suite one) and separate restroom. - 2 large balconies with open view facing south. Outdoor table sitting 4 people, a small BBQ and a miniature garden for your aromatic plants. - an underground garage within the building. The building is recent and secured with access codes; it offers outdoor and indoor bike parking space. It is located 5 min away from metro line B and tram lines T1 & T6 (direct to the 3 main train stations). Bakeries, supermarkets and other commodities are within a 5 minute walk. It's a 15 min walk to Gerland public park and the walking/biking paths along the Rhône river. By car, the flat is 5 minutes away from the highway and ring road, convenient to quickly get out of town. ENS Lyon (Descartes campus, humanities) is accross the street, ENS Lyon (Monod campus, sciences) and EM Lyon are within a 15 min walk. Rockefeller, Berges du Rhône and La Doua campuses (Université Lyon 1, Lyon 2, INSA) are accessible in 30 min by metro/tram or bike.
