Our house is located in a quiet neighbourhood a 10 min bicycle ride from the university campus and 6 kms from the Scientific Polygon and its numerous scientific research centers. Large living-dining room with open kitchen and fireplace. Four bedrooms: - one large master bedroom with double bed and bathroom, - two children's bedrooms (each with an 80x160 bed + a 2-seater sofa-bed in one of the 2 bedrooms), - and a more minimalist bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds. It is possible to swap the beds. There's a convertible futon (sleeps 2) in the living room. One large independent bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub. Two toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs). Balcony off the master bedroom with magnificent mountain views. Garden Terrace (shaded in summer) with table and chairs. Almost everything can be done on foot, by bike (numerous bike paths) or by public transport from the house. Forest walk accessible from the house (5 min walk). University campus accessible by bike in 10 minutes. Nearby you'll find: - shops (bakery and mini-market 300m away, daily market, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger 700m away, shopping center 1.4km away) - several restaurants (300m to 1km) - public transport (several buses 300m away, 20 minutes to downtown Grenoble) Children's playgrounds within walking distance. Municipal swimming pool 2 km away. Swimming lake, numerous climbing, walking, hiking, via ferrata and accrobranche sites within a 10-15km radius. Several ski resorts less than 3/4 h away (nearest 20min).
