Hi, I'm Mike and welcome to my listing! I'm the roommate who is never around - I spend most of my time abroad - and I'm looking for tenant(s) to rent my fully furnished house while I'm gone. I have a guest room in the basement that I would occupy when I am in town for a few weeks here and there and a motorcycle workshop in my garage that a friend and I use to restore bikes. My ideal tenant(s) would be a couple or a single tenant for a year-long lease. I can't have pets even CESA due to allergies and probably the most important criterion for me is someone who will care for and respect the property and contents. If there is any workshop activity it would be on the weekends and coordinated with you. The house has two King furnished rooms upstairs and an office that accommodates the inflatable guest bed, and living and dining rooms and kitchen. Downstairs is a lounge, bar/dining table and office space, laundry, a queen furnished bedroom, and the garage.
