Family friendly house available for the summer, near the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms on the first floor and a large office with bathroom on the second floor that leads to a 400 sq ft roof deck with ocean & sunset views. The “kids wing" has a full bathroom with double sink and 2 bedrooms: one with a twin over full bunk bed and the other with a toddler bed that converts to a crib. The primary bedroom has it’s own bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and soaking tub. The main floor is an open floor plan with a library (2 couches, kids books, and ocean views), and the living room has a 12' large leather couch and 65" smart TV for the whole family to enjoy movie night. The kitchen has a chef's range with hood, stainless steel appliances, and a large island that seats six. Off the kitchen is a washer/dryer and an extra fridge. The horizontal sliding window above the kitchen sink opens completely to the back deck to create a great indoor/outdoor feel. The dining room table seats six and leads to the back deck. The second floor office has an adjustable treadmill desk with ocean views, a full bathroom, and a couch great for mid-afternoon naps. A full bed can be provided upon request. The large roof deck is accessed through the office and has a couch & chairs to enjoy expansive ocean views and sunsets. The back of the house has a private deck with a grill and outdoor table with umbrella, and a large fully-gated backyard with various kids toys: tricycles, jungle jumperoo, and a water table for the little ones to enjoy. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars. There is an adjacent guest suite on the other side of the garage that is not included. It is completely separate from the main house with its own driveway and gated area. The house is located on a quiet residential street. No smoking/vaping or pets anywhere on the property.
