We are a family of 5 with three elementary and middle school aged children. We renovated our house in 2021, which is when we built this 800-Sq. Ft. 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ADU. We have had a Duke Law School student rent it for her entire three years and it was a perfect match for both parties. The unit's giant windows looks out onto our backyard which ends in a gorgeous swath of Duke Forest. This is ideal for someone who likes the idea of a beautiful natural and quiet setting. The unit can come mostly furnished or unfurnished, depending on the length of the lease.
