First floor amenities also include a full bathroom with shower. The ground floor features an open-plan living + dining room including a fabulous kitchen with gas range. The ground floor also features a powder room, laundry, and balcony. Public Transport: 20 Minutes on the 399 bus to UNSW; 1h (via two busses, connecting at UNSW) to USYD. 45 minutes to the city via several different bus services. All windows feature a leafy outlook, and there is also a green front yard & garden. The main floor is at its best in the P.M. when the sun comes in and bathes the entire living space in the afternoon sun. My house has just had all the windows & sliding doors replaced with double glazed hardware, and additionally, the house also features ducted heating and air conditioning. Additional photos to come.
