Hi! I'm a writer subletting my lovely flat in Neukölln, Berlin. The apartment is a maisonette studio -- the kitchen and living area are downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Downstairs has a private balcony and upstairs there's a large roof terrace shared with one neighbor. It's a beautiful and functional space with everything you need. All utilities are included. The space is suitable for one person -- it's an open floorplan, and no doors separate the upstairs and downstairs, so there's little privacy for/from a second person. The flat is located on a busy street but in the back house, so it's quiet and peaceful once you're in the apartment. Well-located near public transit and all the fun things Berlin has to offer. I'm looking for someone clean and respectful who doesn't mind taking care of some houseplants.
