For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi connectivity (2G and 5G), a mini-refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Please note that the apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic wooden house, and due to safety regulations, smoking, cooking, candle burning, and any forms of open flames are strictly prohibited. However, there are numerous nearby restaurants that also offer delivery services. The living space is thoughtfully designed as a hotel room, approximately 18 square meters in size. It features a single bed (80x190, foldable), a kitchenette, and an en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment utilizes underfloor heating, ensuring comfortable warmth during cooler months. During the summer season, the room benefits from natural ventilation, creating a pleasant breeze. For added comfort, an air purifier is provided, catering to individuals with respiratory sensitivities. Kindly note that the air purifier/dehumidifier emits a gentle humming sound, and occasionally, there may be sounds of children playing soccer on the street. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, this apartment may not be the most suitable option for you. Additionally, a laundry service is available upon request. For a nominal fee, the cleaning staff can collect your laundry and return it washed and dried within 2-3 days. The residential neighborhood offers a safe and secure environment, and for enhanced security, CCTV cameras have been installed, primarily focused on the entrance to the apartment. For offline access, please download the city map to your smartphone and mark our apartment's location. The closest public transportation options are the 90 and 90B buses, with Draman being the last/first stop. These buses will take you to Fatih, Eminönü, and Aksaray. We personally prefer walking down to the coast and taking a tram to Eminönü or a ferry to Karakoy, Uskudar, or Kadiköy. Please exercise extreme caution as this is a historical wooden structure. Smoking, candle lighting, and other fire-related activities, including in the bathroom, are strictly prohibited. Kindly ensure that the kettle is turned off after use. The studio is equipped with a dehumidifier. Please do not attempt to move or disconnect it as it is connected to the drain pipes. Always carry your key with you.
