Lovely bright 1905 Mission-style single family home on leafy, quiet street next to historic Harvard Arnold Arboretum. Located between two trendy, family-friendly neighborhoods (Jamaica Plain, Roslindale Square). Short 10-minute walk (4 min by bus) to fast subway line (Orange) and commuter rail; 15-minute ride to downtown and all of Boston and Cambridge area. Bike share and access to bike trail network around the corner. Car rental (short-and longer-term) also right next door. Off-street parking in driveway. Three-story home with traditional design: recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Spacious living and dining room, two large bedrooms with queen-size bed in each, plus two offices (one convertible to a bedroom for an additional fee), two bathrooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer in basement; clothes lines outside. We rented our home via SabbaticalHomes.com 10 years ago during a sabbatical (too long ago for a review).
