Location wise, it is footsteps away from the University of Edinburgh, the spacious meadows, Arthur's seat and the popular area of quarter mile. Within a few minutes walk, you've got heaps of delicious restaurants and cafes in very close proximity. All utilities + a weekly cleaning service is included in the price. The location is ideal for academics visiting UoE and hoping to make the most of their time. It's also central in the city and within a short walk to the castle, Arthur's seat, princess street and the popular districts of Newington, Bruntsfield and Leith. Dates and price can be slightly negotiated, particularly if the stay is a month or over.
