Summer home near Middlebury College and Bread Loaf School of English

My husband and I will be spending our summer down the road at a summer home with family. We would love to open our 1850s farmhouse to professionals that may be heading to Middlebury College (a 20 minute drive) or Bread loaf (a 34 minute drive). Shoreham is a tiny little VT village near Lake Champlain. We have a fenced in yard and are pet friendly (please confirm first). You can walk down the street to the library. There's one main bedroom, a children's room with a crib (we could move a bed in there), and one bedroom upstairs. There's also a designed office space as I work remotely. This is the home we live in most of the year so would definitely be looking for low-key people who would treat it like their own! Please note that it's an old New England house - we do not have AC but would make fans available. Happy to provide any additional information or photos as needed.
