This makes mine a series of very quiet and peaceful blocks with lovely architecture and friendly neighbors. The proximity to several universities (UPenn, Drexel and Jefferson) make it ideal for anyone wanting to connect to those campuses. The neighborhood has a large number of excellent restaurants with in easy walking distance as well as excellent shopping in the hear of Center City off of Rittenhouse Square (3 blocks away).
