Cozy victorian cottage in downtown Boulder near U. Colorado and Naropa.

Looking for an academic or professional individual, couple or small family (3 people max) to rent our single family home while I am on sabbatical. The house is in a super convenient location (10 minute walk to Naropa, the main bus station and groceries, 15 minute walk to CU Boulder, and a 5 minute walk to multiple coffee shops and restaurants.) There is are two small parks within 2 block of the house (0ne has a playground and basketball court.) The house is 2 blocks from Boulder High School, < 1 mile from Casey Middele School and a 10 minute Walk from Whittier Elementary. It is a 15 minute walk from the CU preschool and the Boulder Day Nursery. We are a 5 minute drive to the closest local hiking trails. The house has an enclosed yard that is great for kids and garden parties. It has a shaded patio and hammock. The house has colorful and cozy antique furniture that is in ok enough shape.... but nothing too fancy. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a single bed. The kitchen has laminate counter top to remind you of the awesomeness of the 1980's. Small victorian bathroom. Unfinished basement with washing machine, hot water heater and furnace. There is a garage in the backyard that is fenced in.... so no car access. We use it to house gardening tools and some storage. Heating is by conduction (hot air rises). It is quiet and powerful. We do not have a sprinkler system or air conditioning. We rely on the fact that we live in an alpine desert and it cools quickly at night. Cats are ok, but no dogs (sorry.)
