We are two professors going on sabbatical, looking for someone to stay in our West Philadelphia row house. First floor is a small living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath; Second floor is two bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom with shower and tub; Basement is finished, including large place space (which could be used as an office), laundry, and bathroom with shower. Small backyard has permeable pavers, and outdoor furniture. House was fully remodeled 8 years ago but with historic details kept in tact (built circa 1920).
