Share my spacious apartment in Rome with me and my kitty!

I am looking to rent one bedroom in my large 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in Rome. I, a recently (early) retired professor of costume design, will be gone for approximately 10 days in July and again for 10-14 days at the end of August. I am hoping to find someone to arrive before I leave and stay until I get back and can care for my kitty and plants while I am away. There is a small wardrobe, desk, and bed that can be a single or king in the private room. Their shared spaces include a living/dining room with a large balcony, an eat-in kitchen, one bathroom (with combo tub/shower), and an entryway. The apartment has 10ft (3 m.) ceilings, freshly painted, tiled floors with throw rugs, and ACs in the living room and bedrooms. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th by US standards) with elevator access and a video-camera security camera for buzzer entry. This is a safe, quiet, residential, neighborhood with the #8 tram (and many other busses) that runs every 5 minutes, taking you through Trastevere and into the historic center. And there are friendly neighbors who can step in to watch the kitty should you go out of town for a night or two. Cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, gelateria, and grocery stores, pharmacies, hair salons (tons! ha), even a hospital, are all within a couple of blocks' distance. *Room for rent is the image with the dress form.
