Located in wine country in Okanagan, BC, we are surrounded by vineyards & nature. The house is a restored 1902 farmhouse. It's a peaceful oasis, but close to everything: 10 minutes to downtown Penticton and 10 minutes to popular Naramata Village. Penticton is situated between 2 lakes & has lots to do besides the world renown wineries & breweries. Biking, hiking, boating (rentals are available at both lakes), hanging out the beaches, great restaurants, huge farmers markets & so much more. There are dozens of wineries all within a short distance, some even by walking. We are about 40 minutes from Apex Mountain for winter sports. Four Bedroom house. 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms on main floor, and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom on 2nd floor. We have an EV charger for electric vehicles.
