Apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 living room. Sleeps 2, up to 4 on the sofa. Lovely place, full of sun with garden view! Very quiet, fully functional and freshly renovated. It is at the 3rd floor with elevator of a beautiful historical building, early XXth century. It has charming ceiling and wall decorations, a chimney and a wooden floor. It is extremely pleasant to live in, welcoming, deeply resourcing in the center of Parisian excitement. Nice and authentic food shops in the streets nearby (boulangeries, butcher, cheese shop, wine cellar...), there is also an open air market twice a week at a 10 minutes walk. It is near the metros Rue des Boulets-Charonne (9), Alexandre Dumas (2), and only 15 minutes walk to Nation (RER A, ligne 1, 2, 9). By bike, you reach anywhere in Paris within 1/2h or less, which is a good deal (there are several velib' stations next to the house). The 11th arrondissement has a vibrant life, from Bastille and the canal Saint Martin, up to Père Lachaise cemetery. Easy access to historical areas, it is also near the coulée verte and the bois de Vincennes for a green jog. Perfectly adapted for two people, it has a conformable sofa in the living-room. The bedroom has a twin bed and a large desk. Both rooms are spacious, sunbathed, facing the garden. I also have a folding crib for young kids. Bathroom and WC are independent rooms. The kitchen faces a wide bright courtyard. It is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, all kitchen utensils. There is an extremely useful dining table for two. Copper pans are for decoration only, but I really use the Roberval scale! For long term rentals, the flat is suited for two. Exceptionally, it can accommodate up to 4. This is the flat I am living in through the year: I am offering it when I am away. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!
