I’m headed to Boston for grad-school for two years, so am looking for a tenant who will enjoy my home as much as I do. I prefer long-term renters, but happy to discuss. The basement was just finished this year and is great for arts and crafts, workouts, and extra storage. Parking for 3 cars. Beautiful small town, very homey, and good neighbors. You’ll love it here!
