Family house with backyard near city center

Description

We would like to rent or exchange our 130 m2 house with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom, a cellar and a garage. We have a large garden, with fruit trees (pears, figs, kiwis) and a banana plantation. Every year we pick between 20 and 30 kg of olives and make 50-100 jars of fig and pear jam. We have a barbecue and a ping pong table. The house is very well connected to the city center, campus and train station by bike ("Chronovelo"), Tram and bus. The UGA campus and Presqu'ile campus are 20 min away by bike, the train station is 12 min away, and the city center is a short 8 min bike ride. Tram A is within easy reach (direct access to the city center and train station). Nearby, there is a music school, a library, a gym, 2 parks, a swimming pool, the MC2 (a major theater), a bakery and a supermarket. The local schools are Ferdinand Buisson (elementary school), Collège Munch (middle school) and Lycée Mounier (high school). We are also close to the Externat Notre Dame school and collège de l'Aigle. There are also public international schools in Grenoble. We can leave our car and bikes at your disposal (we have many child-sized bikes, an old tandem, and bikes adapted for shopping). In the Grenoble area, it's easy to ski in winter and hike in summer. All kinds of mountain activities are possible: climbing, canyoning, mountain biking, etc.
