Cosy studio in Montmartre

Description

Cosy studio in the North of Paris very close to the nice area of Jules Joffrin, Montmartre, Lamarck but also “La petite ceinture”, Puces de Saint-Ouen, and it’s bars and events during summer. The flat is close to the Olympic village, and there’s also a stadium 40m away on my block for running, basketball, tennis, and athletics. The flat is close to subway line 4 (direct to La Sorbonne), line 12 and line 13 (direct to Paris 8 and Olympic Village). There is a food market every Wednesday and Saturday in the street next to mine, and I also write a guide for my guest for them to know where to eat/drink/work around the studio. The flat is on a garden so very quiet, you can eat outside, there’s an aromatic garden and I just ask to water the plant - it's pet friendly too ! In the flat, you have a washing machine, a small oven, a tv with WIFI and Netflix. The building it’s very safe, with 3 doors and a security guard at night.
