Description
The house is perfect for visiting academics or researchers, in a great neighborhood for kids. The house has tons of space, at least two work spaces, screened in porch, finished basement and more. Local schools are excellent, there are two grocery stores within a mile, easy access to nature trails, lots of local restaurants. Local universities are all within easy commuting distance. The Forest Glen neighborhood is midway between Bethesda and Silver Spring, and is a very friendly place. We have older folks, lots of young families, people who grew up around here and people who have moved here from all over. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with neighborhood activities, but you can also choose to go your own way.

Comments: Forest Glen is a beautiful, very friendly neighborhood with great schools. Its close to metro and shopping. The house is very comfortable with lots of space, fenced in yard, herb garden, fruit trees.

Comments: We will be traveling to Istanbul for a Fulbright and the grant dates are 9/15/24-6/15/25. If a tenant needed to be here for the school year, we could extend our time away in September and June to accomodate that.
