Private, sunny Victorian home in historic Pill Hill neighborhood in Brookline. So close to everything! Brookline Village and Coolidge Corner have Michelin starred restaurants, excellent library, great bookstores, and heaps of things to do. Walk to work, walk to school, and everything else. We are just off the Emerald Necklace park (in a beautiful part of it), playgrounds, track, dog parks, and more. Our home has off street parking for up to six cars. We have a networked home with very fast internet, smart tvs, and Sonos music system. Our home is a flexible five bedroom (one currently used as a home office with a Peleton bike), and two full bathrooms and a powder room. Mudroom off of the eat in kitchen allows for easy gear management as well. Outdoor terrace with seating area and dining area are inside a fenced and gated garden with many trees. Front yard is grassy and sunny.
