The bedroom has one queen-size bed and the living room sofa opens up to a full size bed. The bathroom has a tub + shower combo. You will have access to the building’s fabulous amenities: a beautiful pool, spa, sauna, small gym, roof-top patio and recreation room. There are 3 laundry rooms in the building, with 6 washers and dryers. This is a security building with fob access and includes one dedicated parking space. The area is very much navigable without a car, as markets, restaurants, bars, gyms are within walking distance, with bus stops nearby. Cedars-Sinai Hospital is 15 minutes' walk. UCLA is 20 minutes by car or bus, Santa Monica beach is 30 minutes away by car.
