Looking for a cozy apartment with garden?

Hi there! I am an assistant professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam and live with my partner in our lovely apartment in Blijdorp, Rotterdam. We are very happy with our apartment, which has many luxuries such as a kitchen island and a brand-new bathroom with a bathtub. It also features a sunny, large garden where you can peacefully enjoy the greenery. The apartment is a 10-minute bike ride to the city center and about 20 minutes by bike to the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus. Additionally, the metro is just 5 minutes away, providing easy access to The Hague or Delft campus. Our home is located next to the beautiful Vroesenpark. This summer, we will be going on vacation for a month and are looking to rent out our apartment. We are seeking someone who will lovingly and carefully take care of our home. It would be great if you could occasionally water the lawn and perhaps our indoor plants, though we can arrange for the plants to be taken care of by our neighbors if needed.
