Artsy and charming house in idyllic Dublin neighborhood

Hello! I'm heading to the US for a two-month fellowship and am looking for someone responsible and quiet to rent my room while I'm away. The room is about 10.5' x 6.5' and features a very comfortable double bed, desk and chair, dresser, and underbed storage. Two large and sturdy shelves have also been installed above the desk since these photos were taken. The house has two bedrooms and the other is occupied by the owner, an awesome woman who also works in the arts and has renovated/decorated with a lot of personality and flair. There's a full bathroom on the top floor near the bedrooms, and a small half-bath downstairs. The kitchen/sitting room area is open plan. Kitchen features medium-sized fridge and freezer, gas oven/stove, small dishwasher, and combo washer/dryer. Hot water is through a gas-fired boiler on demand, so no need to grapple with the infamous Irish immersion or waiting for a tank to fill up! The back garden is a true gem, full of sunlight, flowers, vegetables, and happy pollinators buzzing around it all. It feels like a gorgeous little oasis yet is still very connected to city centre through public transit. The house is a few minutes walk from a main transit thoroughfare into/out of Dublin city centre, with buses coming about every 10 minutes. It's also a little over an hour walk, which the summer weather should allow! Small park nearby, with larger parks like the War Memorial gardens and Phoenix Park within walking distance. Cute artsy neighborhoods like Kilmainham and Inchicore are walkable, as well. I really love living here and I'm sure the right person will too!
