Sunny room in lovely house and quiet neighborhood

Hello! I recently moved back into the home that I've owned since 1999. Nestled on a little street in a great neighborhood, my home is a little retreat spot, safe (monitored security system), and surrounded by gardens and friendly neighbors. The room for rent is flooded with morning sunshine, has been freshly painted, has new furniture, a comfy chair, a new Smart TV, roomy closet, all the necessary amenities, and a Keurig for that morning fix! Bathroom is just outside the room. I am a single, professional woman (small business owner) and adjunct instructor with the University of Hawaii. I enjoy all things cross cultural, people, and living in a beautiful clean space surrounded by nature. I've worked for the last 30 years in emergency management and disaster resilience consulting throughout the U.S. and Southeast Asia. I have a healthy lifestyle with food, activities, adventure travel, and exercise. The house has many separated areas. I work out of my upstairs office and have my upstair bedroom/bathroom, so lots of space and separation. I share my home with my 20-something daughter, who will share the bathroom. As an introvert, she primarily keeps to herself and leaves the house from approx 8 am to 9 pm four days a week, and spends most off days at her guy friend's house. We have a beautiful, sweet 14 year-old calico cat named Lili, short for Lilikoi, Hawaiian word for passionfruit, as we lived on Maui for 6 years, so Lili is an island girl. :) I'm looking for a teacher/professor, professional, or grad student who enjoys similar environments, privacy and alone time, as well as enjoying community and laughter for a meal or glass of wine, if it fits into their schedule and interest.
