Hello! We are looking for a tenant to enjoy our small cottage in Somerville. This is a single family home with a small yard and a driveway in a very walkable neighborhood. This is perfect for tenants with or without families. We are well-connected with public transportation, but we also have a private driveway for those who need to park a car. We commute to Northeastern University and MIT; our across-the-street neighbor commutes to Harvard, which is a 30 minute walk from our house. This house might be perfect for someone who is moving to the area and wants a temporary rental while searching for a more permanent solution. We are not planning to move our furniture out, but the house will be spotless for you and closets and dressers will be ready to receive your items. We will store our things in the basement and attic. Comments: Dense neighborhood with people of all ages. Great street for families. Very close to playgrounds and restaurants. An 8 and 4 year old live here, so we have things for kids of all ages. We have car seats and still have a crib if of interest.

2 fish, not a big deal at all! Negotiable, can leave them with a neighbor.
I would like help with mail and deliveries
Would be great to have the mail brought in and put in a basket. If this is a problem, let us know.
I would like help with plants or garden
If you let it go, it’s OK. We have some raised beds with herbs and some flowers. Maintain them if you would like to enjoy them. We have a tiny lawn and a weed whacker. Takes about 5 minutes to cut back the grass.
