One closed bedroom and one closed office, with very comfortable double futon. The living room and kitchen form a cosy double room. Small bathroom with small bathtub. Two sunny balconies surrounded by trees. Washer and dryer, but no dishwasher. Quiet street, a stone's throw from Père-Marquette Park and lively Beaubien Street with its local shops, trendy restaurants, friendly cafés and neighborhood cinema. 10-minute walk to Beaubien metro station. 10-minute bike ride to the famous Jean-Talon market. I'm leaving for two months of writing and am looking for someone I can trust to enjoy this lovely, warm place during the best months of the year in Montreal!
