That includes cooking utensils, sheets, air filter, patio furniture, high speed fiber internet and wi-fi, high quality work desk and chair, etc. Everything you could need for a very comfortable stay! Redwood City is one of the area's most desirable towns as it is moments away from world-class hikes where you are surrounded by redwood trees hundreds of years old. The area is very family-friendly, quiet, safe, and home to many delicious mom-and-pop restaurants. There are numerous grocery stores at all price points, Target, pet stores, vets, hospitals, post offices and anything you could need. The apartment is in Redwood City's nicest neighborhood, and if you take a walk, you can enjoy winding roads of gorgeous homes with luscious flowers and trees all around you. Sign up for low-priced city-sponsored classes at the nearby rec center like dance, tai chi, pickle ball and more. And enjoy the weekly family-friendly free concerts the city puts on downtown all summer (18 minute walk away). In the summer, take a dip in our pool! And in the winter, cuddle up by the gas fireplace. The large living room has two couches to relax (or host a friend who's spending the night). The other tenants in this complex are quiet and respectful. The large clothing closet and bedroom dresser will be cleared so you can bring clothes and small items like suitcases or a box or two. It is otherwise fully furnished and won't fit additional furniture or large items. Please note: cats have lived in this apartment, so if you have strong allergies, we do not recommend it. We are looking for someone who can stay the entire 6 months.
