We are a family of five who are moving to another city for a new academic position. Our house is well loved and we are eager to find renters who will treasure it as we have. The neighbourhood is amazing: full of amenities and families, and an easy walk, drive, cycle, or public transportation ride to everywhere. There is a primary school, rec center with pool, and YMCA on each corner, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, Target, and other shops within easy walking distance. You will love the veggie garden and the outdoor firepit as well as the trampoline. A true oasis in the heart of the city.
