Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished home in the quiet neighborhood of Sugarfoot. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one with a master bath, and the third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds. The master bath has a stand-up shower and the 2nd bathroom has a shower and tub. The home features a spacious living room, a well-stocked kitchen with electric stove and updated appliances, and an office/library space. The covered back patio is a calm place to eat a meal or relax and looks out onto the large backyard. The garage is an informal play space and storage area with an attached laundry room with washer and dryer. The neighborhood of Sugarfoot boasts walking trails, lakes, and a quiet playground. It is conveniently located in a central area, less than 10 minutes from UF's campus and 15 minutes to downtown Gainesville. A 5-10 minutes drive in the other direction takes you to the Oaks Mall, North Florida Hospital, many other shops, and an entrance to I-75. All utilities are included in the rental price. This home is ideal for a family with small children, but is also appropriate for 2-3 people looking to share the place.
