Description
Have raised my family in Guelph, Ontario with my son an alumni of the University of Guelph, my daughter alumni of Ivy School of Business. Have been involved in owning and operating numerous rental properties in the area as well as six years as owner/operator of an Airbnb Business with thousands of 5* reviews in Elora, On. I am looking for a professional couple or single professional to rent my fully furnished and fully equipped condo for a year period. The condo board has made a regulation that leases must be of a one year nature though there may be some flexibility.

Comments: 1 Year Lease Required. My tenant will vacate on June 30, 2024, however I will be on a planned family vacation until July 9th and therefore need some days to return condo into sparkling condition. New tenancy could start as early as July 13th, 2024
