Four rooms--full second floor of 3 story Victorian home of retired professors. House has been divided into 3 private suites, 1 on each floor, and this is our personal space. Furnished. Bedroom, living room with sliders to balcony, eat-in kitchen, dining room/study. Near Tufts University with easy access to Cambridge and Boston--1 block to buses to Red Line T station and Green Line T stations, 1 mile to new Tufts Green Line station, 2 blocks to commuter rail to North Station. Easy on-street parking with neighborhood permit. Small fenced back yard can be used by arrangement with first floor tenant. Suitable for quiet visiting faculty or graduate student, single or couple. Quiet dog welcome. (Sorry no cats--allergies). All utilities and high-speed internet included. Shared washer and dryer in basement. Starting date anytime from December 15 , 2023 on. We expect to return around 3/15/2024 but we can extend that.
