Large bedroom and private bathroom with its own entrance on a separate level from homeowner. Shared use of laundry room and family room on same level as bedroom. Shared use of light-filled kitchen on upper level. Freshly painted. Nice outdoor spaces for relaxing. We are close to great shopping, restaurants and transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, two blocks to the local library and nice parks. We are 1..5 miles north of UC Berkeley. We would be happy to answer any questions and/or give a virtual tour with a video call.

Comments: No need for air conditioning as it never gets that hot. We have a furnace as it will get cold in winter. There is always plenty of street parking. No need for a special parking permit.
