I'll be away August 5--December 20 2014 and would like to rent my 2-story, 3 BR 2500 sq. foot house, ideally to an academic family. House is nicely furnished, walking distance to University of Florida, particularly convenient to law school, in quiet green neighborhood. Wood floors except for carpeted family room, newly renovated kitchen, Florida room, small study, washer, dryer, internet, central A/C and heat. Carport space for 1 car. Yard service included. Happy to answer any questions!

Comments: I'm pretty good about communicating by email or phone/text if something goes wrong, will respond quickly. I will be located in the UK, however. I'll give you listings for tradespeople to fix appliances, etc., normally my financial responsibility.
