Welcoming you to the perfect oasis of cool and quiet in the wonderful city of Buenos Aires and in the oldest neighbourhood of San Telmo. This is an English style Colonial apartment with 16 feet high ceiling. The large master bedroom with Queen size bed is away from the street noise and has: - windows opening to a patio on either side - flat screen TV - air condition (which can cool the whole apartment if needed) Large full bathroom next to the master bedroom also has - a window opening to the patio. There is a Half bathroomup the stairs in the second patio which can be used if needed. Kitchen is small but comfortable and fully equipped. It has a door and window opening to the back patio. Combined Living room and dining room has - a lovely well maintained and tuned piano, - extra sleeping facilities for guests in the living room (2 single beds) - a ceiling fan. There is a laundry machine in the apartment, but no dryer. Clothes can be hung out in the patios to dry. There is also a laundromat few blocks away in needed. The architectural design of the building and the material used keep the apartment cool, quiet, and very secure (Buenos Aires is a very noisy city!) The inner two patios and many windows provide a nice breeze and air circulation. Of course there is wifi! And weekly cleaning!! The apartment is only couple of blocks to Plaza Dorrego, which is the heart of San Telmo.
