Modest, pleasant, sunny house; 2 bedrooms 1 bath, separate dining room, large kitchen, back yard with fruit trees. On friendly street, 1 block from park, 3 blocks from shops, buses, restaurants, etc. Convenient to freeway and trains (BART and Amtrak) and SF Bay; one mile from UC campus and downtown Berkeley. Laundry in basement; wifi; off-street parking. Low rent for taking care of my low-maintenance, indoor/outdoor cat. Dates somewhat flexible. Would consider home exchange in rural England, where I would be happy to take care of pets, plants, etc.
