I am an academic who will be renting the home from January 15, 2025 to June 1, 2025 while I will be a visiting professor at Cornell University. I'm looking for a professional / academic couple or small family to rent the house, though the house is also perfect for a single person like myself. Rent is $3000 (CAD) per month, utilities included.
