Parnell, Auckland

I stayed in Bridget and Peter's apartment for 4 months. It is sunny, very well equipped and located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is possible to ride by bike to university and to the city. Close by is is a foot bridge to Tamaki Drive, a good jogging and walking area on the waterfront. Peter and Bridget are easy to deal with and very responsive landlords.

Coming to the end of my nearly 9 month stay at Bridget and Peter's apartment. It has been a great stay in a top location in Auckland, very close to the sea, the city, a great outdoor swimming pool (open in summer) and is in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood. I have worked at Auckland City Hospital which I have been able to walk to. There is a wrap around very sunny deck with great views of trees, sea and part of the docks. I found the apartment is very well equipped for cooking, has plenty of furniture, linens and other essential items. There is a good communal laundry and storage space downstairs. Have enjoyed picking the fresh grapefruit from my balcony. Bridget and Peter have been helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The second bed is helpful for an occasional visitor.

Very comfortable, well-equipped, private flat in an excellent location in Auckland. Walking distance to public transportation, cultural and recreation activities. Owners are responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

My husband and I are just finishing a three-month stay at Bridget and Peter's flat in Auckland. We loved every minute of our time here. The flat suited us well and it is in a great location. Bridget and Peter are excellent landlords, very accommodating and easy to deal with.

We stayed in Bridget and Peter's Parnell flat for about 7 weeks in summer 2014. They were wonderful landlords and went out of their way to accommodate us. The flat is quite large, surrounded by greenery, and located in one of Auckland's most desirable neighbourhoods, not far from downtown, CBD and University of Auckland. It is very well suited for a couple, and there is a den with a second single bed that can accommodate a third person. The main bed is huge and very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a shared laundry in the basement on the premises, as well as a small vegetable garden and a couple of grapefruit trees with a near unlimited supply of fruit which we were encouraged to harvest. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.
